Summary
RMO No. 27-2022 amends the reporting and evaluation of RDO accomplishments under the Taxpayer Awareness Program (TAP), including how social media posting is scored.
Key points
- Social media posting leaves the TAP report. Posting tax information materials on social media is no longer reported under the TAP, starting with the RDOs’ 1st Semester 2022 report. It is evaluated separately under RMO No. 7-2022.
- Points by social media ranking. RDOs get 60 points for the first 15 in the nationwide ranking, 50 for the next 20, 40 for the next 30, 30 for the next 35 and 20 for the remaining RDOs. The Internal Communications Division adds these to the RDO’s semester points.
- Higher KPI weight and target. With RMO No. 25-2022, the TAP KPI Weight rises from 1.00 to 3.00 and the target rises from at least 10 Points to at least 15 Points per month. A scoring matrix maps average points to a score and OPCR rating, from 30.00 and above (score 3.00, rating 5) down to 9.99 and below (score 1.00, rating 1).
- Report formats and deadlines. RDOs use the Excel templates in Annexes A and B1. Annexes B2, C1 and C2 under RMO No. 20-2021 and the submission deadlines stay the same.
- Reports no longer required. The semestral and annual reports under RMO No. 18-2021, as superseded by RMO No. 25-2022, are no longer required from RDOs and Regional Directors.
