Key points
- Points system. The guidelines on giving Points to tax information activities of RDOs under RMO No. 27-2022 must be strictly observed.
- Validation by the region. The Assistant Regional Director oversees verification of each RDO’s TAP Accomplishment Report. The Client Support Unit (CSU) Head validates the Points against documentation from the RDOs, and computes Total Points and Average Points Per Month for the semester.
- Signatures and copies. The CSU Head signs the report and the Assistant Regional Director certifies it. A copy goes to the Revenue District Officer.
- Regional evaluation report. The CSU Head prepares the 1st Semester/Annual Evaluation Report on Operational KPI (TAP) using Annex B2 or B3. It ranks RDOs by validated points and scores them using the increased KPI Weight of 3.00 per RMO No. 25-2022 and the matrix in Section III.5 of RMO No. 27-2022.
- Submission. The report and the RDOs’ semestral TAP Accomplishment Reports go to the ACIR, Client Support Service, through the Internal Communications Division, on or before the 20th day of the month following each semester.
