Summary
RMO No. 36-2014 prescribes the CY 2014 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Accomplishment Reporting for the Revenue Regions, Regional Divisions and Revenue District Offices.
Key points
- Use of the KPIs. The Operational KPIs are the standard measures in the Office Performance Commitment and Review Form and the Office Index of Success Indicators for the Strategic Performance Management System.
- Scoring. The Order specifies the formulas for the Score per KPI and the Overall Rating of an office. If actual accomplishment exceeds the KPI target, the score is the maximum assigned KPI weight, and figures are rounded off to the nearest 2 decimal places.
- Responsibilities. Measure Owners handle issues on implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Revenue Regions consolidate and submit the semestral and annual Accomplishment Reports of Regional Divisions and RDOs to the Assistant Commissioners or Measure Owners, who validate them and compute the KPI scores.
