Summary

RMO No. 30-2013 sets the policies, guidelines and procedures for the Office Performance Evaluation of Revenue Regions, Regional Divisions and Revenue District Offices, based on the CY 2013 Operational KPIs in RMO No. 9-2013.

Key points

  1. Annual evaluation report. Measure Owners prepare and submit the Annual Office Performance Evaluation Report on Revenue Regions and RDOs. It is based on the Consolidated Accomplishment Report on KPIs submitted by the Revenue Regions.
  2. Score cap per KPI. An office’s score per KPI cannot exceed the assigned KPI Weight. If accomplishment goes beyond the target, the score is the maximum assigned weight.
  3. Exempted KPIs. If an office is exempted from a KPI, the Measure Owner notes it in the report. The KPI weight is deducted from the office’s total applicable points.
  4. Submission and summary report. Measure Owners at ACIR level send validated data or scores, in soft and hard copies, to the Planning and Programming Division not later than the 28th day of the month after year end. The PPD, through the Planning and Management Service, sends a summary report to MANCOM for policy decision-making.
