RMO No. 2-2023 prescribes the CY 2023 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Revenue Regions, the Large Taxpayers Service (LTS) and Revenue District Offices.
Key points
- Eighteen KPIs. The details of the eighteen (18) Operational KPIs are in Annex A. The ACIR who is Measure Owner of a KPI monitors and evaluates the performance of the concerned offices against target.
- LTS implementing offices and weights. Collection Performance carries weight 50.00 and Percentage Increase in Collection 5.00. Audit Effort and Increase in collection by 10% of previous year’s audit collection goal carry 3.00 each, Audit Efficiency 1.50, and Expedite promotion of qualified employees 1.50.
- Scoring. If actual accomplishment exceeds the KPI target, the score is the maximum assigned KPI weight. The formulas for the KPI scores and Overall Rating are in the Order.
- Performance system. The KPIs are included in the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) Form and the Office Index of Success Indicators under the SPMS.
- Reports. A Semestral Report covers January to June accomplishments. An Annual Report covers January to December.
