Summary

RMO No. 24-2024 prescribes the CY 2024 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Large Taxpayers Service (LTS), Revenue Regions (RRs) and Revenue District Offices (RDOs).

Key points

  1. Seventeen KPIs. The details of the seventeen (17) Operational KPIs are in Annex A. The Assistant Commissioner who owns a KPI monitors, reviews, evaluates and assesses the performance of the RRs, LTS and RDOs against the target.
  2. LTS weights. The listed LTS KPIs include Collection Performance (50.00), Percentage Increase in Collection (5.00), Audit Effort (3.00), a 10% increase in the previous year’s audit collection goal (3.00), Audit Efficiency (3.00), Reduction of Tax Arrears and Collection (2.00 and 3.00) and Expedite promotion of qualified employees (1.50), for a total of 70.50.
  3. Scoring. If actual accomplishment exceeds the KPI target, the score is the maximum weight assigned to that KPI.
  4. Use in performance forms. The Operational KPIs are included in the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) Form and the Office Index of Success Indicators of the RRs, LTS, LTDs and RDOs, and are adopted in CY 2024.
