Key points
- Management and admission. The Training Delivery Division (National Office) or AHRMD (Regional Office) manages training venues, multi-purpose spaces and the dormitory. Admission is limited to BIR personnel.
- Priority order. First priority goes to those attending trainings with an RSO/RRSO and prior reservation. Second priority is for those with official transactions in the National or Regional Offices, with Head of Office authority. Third priority is for short-term stays of one week by those with a recently issued RTAO. Fourth is short-term stays of not more than one (1) week. Fifth is personnel working overtime beyond 9:00 p.m. or with early flights on official business.
- Reservations. Reservations are first come, first served, made by email or phone to the Dormitory-In-Charge or Head of Office at least two (2) days before check-in.
- Rate and discounts. The rate is One Hundred Pesos (P 100) per person per day, subject to change by the Commissioner. Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability get a 20% discount on presenting a valid ID.
- Payments and extensions. Transactions are non-transferrable and non-refundable, so early check-out gets no refund. A stay extension requires notice to the Dormitory-In-Charge at least 24 hours before, with new registration and payment.
- Check-in and long courses. Check-in is 8:00 am and check-out is 6:00 pm, and any fraction counts as a day. For long courses of eighteen (18) days or more, such as the General Course for Revenue Officers, weekend and holiday stays are with pay when the employee is accommodated or belongings stay.
