Key points

  1. Use of the KPIs. The KPIs are the standard measures in the Office Performance Commitment and Review Form and the Office Index of Success Indicators of the LTS, the LT National Office Divisions (LTNODs) and the LT Divisions (LTDs) of Makati and Cebu, under the Strategic Performance Management System.
  2. Scoring. The Order specifies the formulas for the Score per KPI and the Overall Rating of an office. If actual accomplishment exceeds the KPI target, the score is the maximum assigned KPI weight, and figures are rounded off to the nearest 2 decimal places.
  3. Reporting roles. The LTNODs and the LTDs of Makati and Cebu submit accomplishment reports. The concerned Head Revenue Executive Assistant (HREA) monitors compliance, and the Chief of the LT Performance Monitoring and Programs Division prepares a Consolidated Accomplishment Report for the Assistant Commissioner-Large Taxpayers Service (ACIR-LTS).
  4. Evaluation. The ACIR-LTS, through the HREA, Programs and Compliance, monitors submission, validates and evaluates the reports and computes the KPI scores. Measure Owners handle issues on implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
