Summary

RMO No. 25-2006 requires revenue personnel and others concerned to accomplish and sign a User Agreement Form (UAF) when requesting e-mail, internet or Integrated Tax System (ITS) access.

Key points

  1. UAF with request form. The UAF goes with the applicable request form. BIR Form/BF 0044 (Request for System Access) is for ITS or server access, and BF 0041 (E-mail/Internet Account Request) is for creating a BIR e-mail account or granting internet access.
  2. Where forms go. UAF and BF 0044 go to the Security Management Division-Information Planning and Quality Service (SMD-IPQS). UAF and BF 0041 go to the Systems Support Division-Information Systems Operations Service.
  3. Existing users. Those with existing access to the BIR network or ICT facilities must submit a signed UAF to SMD-IPQS. Failure to submit in time results in automatic cancellation of the user account.

Who is affected

  • Revenue personnel and others concerned requesting or holding BIR e-mail, internet or ITS access

Deadlines and effectivity

  • Existing users must submit the UAF within one (1) month from release of the Order
