Summary

RMO No. 16-2021 amends RMO No. 44-2020 on the Standard Taxpayer Feedback System to add an online survey as a source of taxpayer feedback.

Key points

  1. Online survey. Online survey forms are available starting June 1, 2021. Frontliners direct taxpayers to the eLounge or ask them to scan the Quick Response (QR) code at the counter, and manual forms remain available for those who prefer them.
  2. Processing schedule. The CSU Head of each Revenue Region retrieves manual forms monthly and processes them every 5th day of the month. The Taxpayer Service Programs and Monitoring Division (TSPMD) provides online results on the 8th, 16th, 23rd and the day after the end of each month, and these are consolidated with the manual results.
  3. National Office results. The TSPMD processes the survey results of National Office offices. The Order specifies the amended procedures for the CSU Head, Revenue District Offices and TSPMD.
