Summary
RMO No. 14-2023 amends RMO No. 5-2022 on the Online Citizen/Client Satisfaction Survey (CCSS) for other BIR critical services under the Online Survey Feedback System (Phase 2) Project.
Key points
- Taxpayer participation. Taxpayers and clients with completed transactions are encouraged to answer the online survey before the requested document or transaction is released.
- Office duties. RDOs and concerned Divisions, including LT Divisions of Cebu and Davao, post flyers at the eCAR/ONETT or document releasing area and dedicate a PC with the survey link and a QR code. They submit a monthly Summary Report on Total Number of Transactions Per Critical Service and the Matrix of Actions Taken by the 10th day of the following month.
- Weekly raw data flow. The Research and Statistics Division downloads survey responses from MS Forms and gives them to the regional or service statistician on the 8th, 16th and 23rd and on the 1st of the following month. The statistician passes them to RDOs and Divisions on the 10th, 18th and 25th and on the 3rd of the following month.
