Key points

- Weekly lists. Starting March 23, 2015, a weekly list of all manually and electronically issued CARs, in the format in Annex B, goes to the respective Registers of Deeds on the working day after each week. This continues until the BIR/LRA CAR Verification System (CVS) is implemented.
- Copies to BIR offices. The weekly list, once received by the Register of Deeds, is submitted in hard and soft copies to the Offices of the Deputy Commissioners of the Operations Group and the Legal and Inspection Group a day after the Register of Deeds receives it.
