Summary
RMO No. 01-2009 sets the guidelines for transferring Integrated Tax System data and records of re-enlisted large taxpayers to the Large Taxpayer Service, and amends provisions of RMO No. 25-2008.
Key points
- Procedure for the transfer. The guidelines in RMO No. 25-2008 for delisted large taxpayers are adopted for re-enlisted ones. The Information Systems Development Service handles the transfer on receipt of the List of Taxpayers for re-enlisting approved by the Commissioner.
- Crediting of collections. Collections from re-enlisted large taxpayers are credited to the LTS starting January 1, 2009. Taxes paid by large taxpayers of RDOs Nos. 116, 121, 122 and 123 are taken out of the former RDO’s reported collection by the Revenue Accounting Division and adjusted to the LTS office.
- Special access. The LTS office gets special access to ITS and EFPS data for the re-enlisted large taxpayers. It may view and print ITS records and EFPS returns to analyze their compliance and tax payments.
