Key points
- Accounts. Only the National Office System Administrator creates accounts. The Site System Administrator (SSA) modifies access privileges and deletes accounts of its users.
- Generic accounts. Generic accounts are issued for designations without access to sensitive data. The immediate supervisor of users of generic accounts is accountable for their activities, and the Order lists the offices granted such accounts.
- Dormant logins. The SSA automatically deletes logins dormant for one (1) month, even without prior notice, except for users who officially filed a leave of absence.
- Inventory of users. All rolled out Revenue District Offices submit their Inventory of Active ITS Users to the Security Management Division quarterly.
