  1. Generation of the report. The Integrated Tax System (ITS) 1209 report is generated at the Revenue Data Centers every 5th day of the following month.
  2. Remote printing. The Collection Section of computerized Revenue District Offices (RDOs), the Collection Division of computerized Regional Offices and the Revenue Accounting Division print the report every 6th day of the following month. Computerized RDOs can print through the Remote 1209 Printing Procedures.
