  1. Who has access. Access goes to the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners, concerned Assistant Commissioners, concerned Head Revenue Executive Assistants and Regional Directors. It also goes to Asst. Regional Directors of Metro Manila and Cebu City and selected Division Chiefs and Section Chiefs.
  2. Reports and screens. The reports and screens that can be generated, printed or viewed through NOMIS (Release 4) are specified in the Order. They include the Office Scorecard used to monitor the performance of concerned BIR offices.
