Key points
- Update of the Citizen’s Charter. Each agency or LGU updates its Citizen’s Charter to reflect the streamlined process from re-engineering of systems and procedures, as required by Section 5 of RA No. 11032 and Section 5.8 of ARTA MC No. 2021-09.
- Certificate of Compliance. The Certificate of Compliance (CoC) is signed by the agency head, local chief executive or the head of their Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART), using the new template. Digital or electronic signature may be used.
- How to submit. Agencies report compliance through the form at https://bit.ly/ARTAPBB2021 and upload the signed CoC in PDF only. Only submissions through that link count, and those who already emailed compliance@arta.gov.ph must still accomplish the form.
