- Performance and financial results. The BIR uploads quarterly Budget and Financial Accountability Reports (BFARs) on the DBM-URS within thirty (30) days after each quarter. Justifications for deficiencies go to the DBM with the 4th Quarter BFAR, and the FY 2021 Budget Utilization Rate is based on the FAR No.1 SAAODB.
- Process results. The BIR may submit evidence of ease of transaction through one or a combination of reports on verifiable achievements, digitization initiatives, standard operating procedures and service standards, or a valid ISO QMS Certification or equivalent as of 31 December 2021.
- Client satisfaction and complaints. The BIR submits the FY 2021 Citizen/Client Satisfaction Survey results and may submit evidence on resolution of Hotline #8888 and Contact Center ng Bayan complaints. For this first year, only the resolution rate of those complaints is covered.
- Early procurement. Procuring Entities with National Expenditure Program support must undertake Early Procurement Activities for at least 50% of the value of Eligible Procurement Projects. They submit an EPA Certification under Oath to the GPPB-TSO on or before 31 January of the fiscal year.
