RMO No. 35-2021 amends the Freedom of Information (FOI) report templates prescribed in RMO Nos. 45-2018 and 50-2018.

  1. Amended templates. The templates for the FOI Registry Report, Consolidated FOI Registry Report, FOI Summary Report and FOI Agency Information Inventory are amended. They appear as Annexes A, B, C and D of the Order.
