1. Revenue Collection, 50%. Covers efforts of an office that directly contribute to increased collection.
2. Governance, 15%. Covers the processes, customs, policies and laws affecting how the agency is directed, administered or controlled. It also includes programs and KPIs that build transparency and accountability.
3. Customer Relation, 15%. Covers programs and KPIs meant to meet the needs of an office’s identified customers.
4. Tax Administration Improvement, 20%. Covers programs and KPIs of an office that enhance or innovate its core operations processes. The weights total 100%.
