RMO No. 10-2009: Defines the new composition of the Inspection and Acceptance Committee in the BIR National Office

Key points

1. Members. The Chairman is the ACIR for Policy and Planning Service. The members are the Chief of the General Services Division and the Chief of the Procurement Division. Each may act through a duly authorized representative.
2. Requisitioning Unit representative. A representative of the Requisitioning Unit joins when technical expertise is needed to decide whether supplies, materials, machines, equipment, and services are acceptable. This is the Chief of the Systems Support Division, ISOS, for IT items, or the Chief of the Accountable Forms Division for Accountable Forms.
3. Inspection duty. The IAC inspects all accountable forms delivered by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
