Key points

  1. RDOs covered. The Order covers only the RDOs split under Revenue Authority Order (RAO) Nos. 1 and 2-2008 and RAO Nos. 1, 2 and 3-2009. Examples are RDO 25A (Plaridel, Bulacan) and 25B (Marilao, Bulacan) becoming RDO 25 (Malolos, Bulacan), and RDO 43A (East Pasig) and 43B (West Pasig) becoming RDO 43 (Pasig City).
  2. Other new codes. RDO 54A and 54B become RDO 54 (Trece Martirez City). RDO 53A and 53B become RDO 53 (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa City). RDO 17A and 17B become RDO 17 (Tarlac, Tarlac). RDO 21A and 21B become RDO 21 (San Fernando, Pampanga). RDO 23A and 23B become RDO 23 (Cabanatuan City). RDO 113 (West Davao City) and RDO 132 (East Davao City) become RDO 113 (Davao City). Some municipalities previously under RDO 92 (Pagadian City) are now under RDO 93B (Zamboanga Sibugay).
  3. Transfer of registration data. The Revenue Data Center generates the list of taxpayers clearly identifiable as belonging to the concerned RDOs. The Information Systems Group then automatically transfers their registration data to the corresponding RDOs.
  4. Start of splitting. The Systems Maintenance and Support Division splits the registration data and the transaction data starting April 1, 2009.
