RMO No. 33-98 amends certain portions of RMO No. 18-98 on institutionalizing all projects under OPERATIONS, MOST and SPIRIT.

Key points

  1. TRANSCOM meetings stop. The Transformation Committee (TRANSCOM) and the Management Committee (MANCOM) have the same composition. TRANSCOM will therefore no longer hold its regular Wednesday meeting.
  2. Issues go to MANCOM. Transformation project issues that a Group cannot resolve, or that need interface with other Groups, go on the agenda of the MANCOM meeting every Monday.
