RMO No. 26-2019 prescribes the policies, guidelines and procedures for preparing and submitting the Progress Report on the programs and activities of the BIR Strategic Plan 2019-2023.
Key points
- Basis of monitoring. Progress is monitored by whether the activities under each program are being done or not.
- Quarterly Progress Report. ACIRs and Regional Directors submit it to the ACIR, PMS (Attention: Chief, PPD) by April 10, July 10, October 10 and January 10 for the four quarters (Annex A).
- Evaluation Report. For January to September, ACIRs and Regional Directors submit it to the ACIR, PMS (Attention: Chief, PPD) by October 15 (Annex B).
- Summary Report. The Chief, PPD, through the ACIR, PMS, submits to the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners a summary of the quarterly progress reports by April 15, July 15, October 15 and January 15. The summary of the evaluation reports is due October 25.
