RMO No. 21-2006 prescribes report formats for manually updating the status of consolidated SLSP and Bureau of Customs (BOC) Letter Notices covering taxable years 2004 onwards, deployed via the Information Delivery Portal.

  1. Added reports. These reports are in addition to those under RMO No. 32-2005 and go to the Audit Information Tax Exemption and Incentives Division.
  2. Monthly status report (Annex A). The Monthly Status/Collection Report on Consolidated SLSP/BOC Letter Notices is due every 10th day of the month starting August 2006 from RDOs, LTDOs, LTAIDs and NID.
  3. Consolidated monthly report (Annex B). The Consolidated Monthly Status/Collection Report is due every 20th day of the month starting August 2006 from RR, LTS and ES.
  4. Conversion report (Annex C). The Statistical Report on LNs Converted to LAs is due within 20 days after the 60-day or 120-day period from LN issuance, from RR and LTS.
