RMO No. 16-2011 prescribes the reports required by the Policy and Planning Service.

- Only listed reports. Reports submitted to the Policy and Planning Service are limited to those in the Inventory of Reports (Annex A) attached to the Order. Reports not in Annex A are declared obsolete and their submission is discontinued.
- Updating the inventory. A new report prescribed by RMO updates the latest Inventory of Reports Required, which is attached to that RMO. If an existing report is no longer required, an official communication supports the discontinuance along with the updated inventory.
