  1. ATCs created. The new ATCs are Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) 0T010, PEZA Free Port Zones (ECOZONES) 0T011, and Others covered by special laws 0T012.
  2. ATCs dropped: capital gains. The dropped codes for capital gains from sale, exchange or disposition of real property are W1420 for individuals and WC420 for corporations.
  3. ATCs dropped: others. Also dropped are tax on other franchises PT080, tax on winnings PT190, and deficiency taxes due to VAT refinement RS100.
  4. ATCs renamed. The codes for withholding of other percentage taxes are renamed: WB191 for government withholding agents and WB192 for private withholding agents.
