Summary

RMO No. 13-99 sets the policies, guidelines and procedures for rolling out the Payment Capability in the Revenue Data Centers (RDC).

Key points

  1. Rollout criteria. The rollout needs a 100% AAB installation rate for the RDO, a payment uploading backlog below 2%, a payment rejection rate below 5%, and an existing payment suspense rate below 10% per RDO at the RDC.
  2. Readiness requirements. At least 95% RDO TRU Phase I readiness is needed. No blocker issues may be open, and all mandatory requirements must be 100% complete.
  3. Earlier payments. Payments received before the rollout that were already reported in the 12.09 are archived by the System Administrator in the RDC. Only payment data received after the rollout is processed.
