RMO No. 10-2016 amends the reporting format of the Public Assistance and Awareness Campaign (PAAC) Program.

  1. Redesigned form. PAAC Form No. 001-003 was redesigned to align with Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 76-2013 on the new Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS).
  2. Replaced questions. The CSS questions are replaced with a list of the usual complaints, observations and comments taxpayers encountered during visits to BIR offices.
  3. Submission. The policies and procedures for submitting PAAC reports are specified in the Order.
