Summary
RMO No. 06-2024 prescribes the revised One-Time Transactions (ONETT) Customer Satisfaction Survey Form (CSSF), aligned with the Client Support Service CSSF prescribed in RMO No. 2-2024.
Key points
- When taxpayers answer. RDOs advise taxpayers to complete the survey through the link, QR Code or manual form before release of the ONETT Computation Sheet (OCS) and Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR), with help from the ONETT Officer of the Day.
- Manual forms. Manual forms go in a drop box that designated Regional Office officers retrieve every 5th day of the month.
- Regional reports. The officers process results with the prescribed Working Paper. They submit it with the Summary Report and Summary of Feedback on or before the 15th day of the month using the SharePoint/OneDrive File from the Assessment Performance Monitoring Division (APMD), copying the RDO.
- RDO and APMD reports. RDOs submit the Matrix of Actions Taken/To Be Taken to the Assessment Service through APMD every 5th day following the month of retrieval, if applicable. APMD consolidates the manual survey reports for the Research and Statistics Division not later than the 20th day of the month.
