RMO No. 01-2017 prescribes the policies, guidelines and procedures for generating, extracting and transmitting eFPS-Mandated Taxpayers Reports required under RR Nos. 10-2014, 1-2013, 10-2012, 1-2010, 6-2009, 10-2007, 3-2005, 2-2002 and 2-98, as amended.

- List of taxpayers. Concerned offices under the Operations Group and Large Taxpayers Service give the Information Systems Group the latest list of eFPS-Mandated Taxpayers as the basis for report extraction. Reports are generated according to the frequency of compliance report generation.
- Reports covered. The Order specifies the procedures for five reports: the Compliance Report of eFPS-Mandated Taxpayers Statistics & Detailed List, the List of those who never eFiled, and the List of those not Enrolled. The other two are the Summary Statistics of those who never eFiled and the Summary Statistics of those who never Enrolled.
