- Who may use it. It is an alternative option for all active officials and employees of the BIR National Office. It does not apply to requests for a Service Record needed for processing Retirement and Terminal Leave Benefits.
- How to request. Employees scan the QR Code in the Circular with a cellphone or other gadget and complete the Online Form with the latest payslip and BIR ARTA ID attached.
- Regional facilities. The Administrative and Human Resource Management Division of each Revenue Region is enjoined to create its own Regional Employee Request facility using Microsoft 365 to generate the QR Code.
