  1. Where available. The revised form is in the BIR Forms-Documentary Stamp Tax Return section of the BIR website. It is not yet in the eFPS or eBIRForms.
  2. Who uses what. eFPS and eBIRForms filers keep using the existing BIR Form No. 2000 in eFPS and Offline eBIRForms Package v7.1. A revenue issuance will announce when the revised return is available there. Manual filers download the PDF, print and fill it out.
  3. Payment. Manual and eBIRForms filers pay through an Authorized Agent Bank in the RDO’s jurisdiction, or the Revenue Collection Officer through MRCOS where there is no bank. Online options are GCash, Landbank Linkbiz Portal and DBP Tax Online.
