RMC No. 73-2021 announces the availability of the New Business Registration (NewBizReg) Portal for electronic submission of registration applications by e-mail.

- Who may use it. The Portal is available to individual and non-individual business taxpayers, for the Head Office and Branches.
- Tax Type Questionnaire. Applicants answer the ‘Tax Type Questionnaire’ (Annex A) and attach it to the e-mail. Registration officers and frontliners use it to decide which tax types the taxpayer is liable to.
- Corrections. If the tax type registration has changes or errors, the registration officer updates the records and issues the Certificate of Registration (COR) of the taxpayer.
