RMC No. 11-2011 publishes the matrix of the latest wage orders of the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards (RTWPBs), furnished by the National Wages and Productivity Commission on January 20, 2011.

- Content of the matrix. It is a summary of current regional daily minimum wage rates, non-agriculture and agriculture (plantation and non-plantation), as of January 2011. Each region shows its wage order number and date of effectivity.
- Example: NCR. NCR is under WO 15, effective July 1, 2010, with P 404.00 for non-agriculture and P 367.00 for agriculture, after a P22 wage increase.
- Footnotes and gaps. Footnotes note the increase or COLA granted per region, and whether COLA was integrated into basic pay. The matrix says no issuance yet for Regions II and VIII.
