Key points

  1. Substitute for loose stamps. If the Documentary Stamp Tax due on a document or transaction is Fifteen Pesos (P15.00) or less, taxpayers may buy documentary stamps from Revenue Collection Officers or Deputized Municipal Treasurers using Accountable Form (AF) No. 51-Official Receipt Form. This applies until loose documentary stamps are available.
  2. Handling of the form. The officer receiving payment indicates the transaction the form is for. A certified true copy of the form is affixed to the taxable document.
  3. Other transactions. All other transactions follow existing procedures.
