RMC No. 02-2015 informs taxpayers that certain annual Income Tax and Excise Tax Returns are available in the Offline eBIRForms Package Version 4.7 on the BIR website and can now be submitted online through the eFPS.

Key points

  1. Income tax forms available. BIR Form Nos. 1702-RT, 1702-MX and 1702-EX (June 2013 versions) for corporations, partnerships and other non-individual taxpayers. BIR Form Nos. 1701 and 1700 (June 2013 versions) for self-employed individuals, estates and trusts, and for individuals earning compensation income.
  2. Excise tax forms available. BIR Form Nos. 2200A (Excise Tax Return for Alcohol Products) and 2200T (Excise Tax Return for Tobacco Products), April 2014 versions.
  3. Online submission through eBIRForms. Online submission of these forms through the eBIRForms System is not yet available. An advisory will be issued once it is.
