Key points
- Monthly submission. All Revenue District Offices submit TAS Report No. 007 (Report on Registration by Taxpayer Type) and No. 008 (Report on Registration by Tax Type) to the Taxpayer Service Program and Monitoring Division (TSPMD). They are due not later than the 10th day of the following month, and RDOs with e-mail facility send them by the Bureau’s e-mail facility.
- Standard codes. All concerned offices use the standard classification of taxpayer type and tax type and its ITS Code, as specified in the Order, to avoid inconsistencies in the registration reports.
- Validation. Revenue District Officers of computerized RDOs analyze and validate the system-generated TAS Report Nos. 007 and 008. They coordinate with the concerned Revenue Data Center on any discrepancy.
