  1. Access for individuals. Individual taxpayers can get and view their BIR Digital TIN ID in the eGovPH App, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Valid government ID. In relation to RMC No. 120-2023, both the Digital TIN ID generated by ORUS and the one accessed through the eGovPH App Mobile ID Wallet are recognized as valid government-issued identification, subject to authentication and verification procedures.
  3. How each ID is verified. A Digital TIN ID generated by ORUS is verified online by scanning the QR Code. One from the eGovPH App is verified by actual presentation within the app, and it can be presented and verified only while the app is in active use.
