Key points
- Categories in the list. These are domestic and export manufacturers of locally produced cigarettes, PEZA-registered cigarette manufacturers, and importers of cigarettes. They also cover manufacturers and importers of vapor products, and importers of heated tobacco products and novel tobacco products.
- Later registrants. Those newly registered after March 8, 2024 are included in the next updated list.
- Brand registration. Under RR No. 7-2021 and RR No. 14-2022, brands and variants must be registered within six (6) months from the release of the Circular to avoid penalties.
- Warnings and stamps. Products must comply with Graphic Health Warning requirements and affixture of BIR Stamps. Vapor and novel tobacco products are excepted because IRSIS stamps are not yet available in the system.
