Key points
- Use of OTS. OTS is used to process, review and approve walk-in ONETT applications. The eCAR System still generates the eCAR and sends data to the Land Registration Authority.
- Access and monitoring. RDOs identify authorized OTS users and request access based on the approved Security and Access Matrix. SDD, APMD and the Revenue Data Center jointly monitor use and issues.
- Issues. Issues are logged to the BIR Service Desk or referred to the concerned RDC for access, SDD for technical matters and APMD for policy or business matters.
- Processing. Only applications with complete documents are encoded into OTS. The processing period starts upon receipt of complete documents, with the next working day as Day One (1). A Claim Slip is issued then.
- Survey and payment checks. A Customer Satisfaction Survey Form, Link or QR Code is given before release of the ONETT Computation Sheet and eCAR. Payments through AABs, the Revenue Collection Officer and ePayment channels are verified using the systems and reports named in the Order.
