Key points

  1. Number of Requesters. Each National Office office (excluding LTS) has 1 Requester. Revenue Regions and RDOs have set minimums per office or division, and LTS divisions and LTD-Davao and LTD-Cebu have 2 to 4 per division.
  2. Electronic reporting. Officially designated Requesters create incident reports and service requests in the system. It is reached by intranet using Google Chrome, MS Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
  3. If the system is down. Requesters report to the Service Desk Group by phone, text, chat or in person, using the Service Desk Request Form (Annex A1 or A2). Each site logs and numbers these manually until the system is back.
  4. Service desk sites. Service desk sites cover the National Office, the National Office Data Center, RDC Luzon 1 and 2, RDC Visayas and RDC Mindanao. The Customer Assistance Division handles external taxpayers.
  5. Closing resolved items. Resolved items are closed upon user confirmation within one (1) month. After one month without confirmation, they are tagged Closed automatically.

Deadlines and effectivity

  • Auto-close of resolved items: one (1) month from resolved date
