Key points
- Forms now covered. The enhanced version includes alphalists for BIR Form Nos. 1600-PT, 1600-VT, 1604-C, 1604-F and 1604-E, and for the new BIR Form No. 1621 (Quarterly Remittance Return of Tax Withheld on the Amount Withdrawn from Decedent’s Deposit Account) under RMC Nos. 62-2018 and 76-2019.
- Simplified annual alphalists. The annual alphalists for 1604-E and 1604-F are now generated from the Quarterly Alphalists of Payees, so manual re-encoding is no longer needed.

Revised file structures cover the Monthly Alphalist of Payees (1600-VT and 1600-PT), the Quarterly Alphalist of Payees (1601-FQ, 1601-EQ and 1621) and the Annual Alphalist of Payees (1604C, 1604E and 1604F). They are in Annexes A, B and C with the naming convention and job aids.
- Own extract programs. Taxpayers using their own extract program must strictly follow the revised file structures and naming convention.
