- Forms available. BIR Form No. 1604-C is the Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation. BIR Form No. 1604-E is the Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)/Income Payments Exempt from Withholding Tax, and BIR Form No. 1604-F covers income payments subjected to final withholding taxes.
- Not yet in electronic systems. The revised manual returns are not yet in the Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) or the Electronic Bureau of Internal Revenue Forms (eBIRForms). A revenue issuance will announce when they are available in eFPS or the new Offline eBIRForms Package.
