  1. Success indicators. The Regional Office, Revenue District Office, Regional Divisions and Large Taxpayers Service adopt the Operational Key Performance Indicators prescribed in the Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR) Form. The revised OPCR Form is Annex A of the Order.
  2. Performance Plan submission. The OPCR (Performance Plan) goes to the Planning and Programming Division by January 15 for the 1st Semester and July 15 for the 2nd Semester.
  3. Performance Evaluation submission. The OPCR (Performance Evaluation) goes to the Planning and Programming Division by August 25 for the 1st Semester and February 25 for the 2nd Semester.
