RMO No. 33-2013: Prescribes the use of Procurement, Payment, Inventory and Distribution System Manual

1. Procurement planning and processes. The Manual gives uniform guidelines on the Project Procurement Management Plan and the Annual Procurement Plan. It also covers procurement of goods, infrastructure projects and consulting services.
2. Receipt, distribution and disposal. It covers receipt, acceptance and distribution of goods and services, and disposal.
3. Payment and accounting. It covers disbursement vouchers and cheques, payment and settlement of money claims, and recording of asset accounts and recognition of liability accounts in the Electronic National Government Accountable System.
