1. Building and Fire Marshall. The Assistant Commissioner of the Financial and Administrative Service is the Building and Fire Marshall. Assisting are the Chief and Assistant Chiefs of the General Services Division, staff from the BIR Medical Group and Maintenance Group, and the Chief of the Internal Security Division.
2. Teams on each floor. Each floor of the National Office Building, DPC Building, RCC Building and the NTC Building has one (1) Floor Marshall and Assistant Floor Marshall. It also has a firefighting crew, an evacuation group and a physical security force.
