Key points
- Data integrity. Measure Owners at the Service level ensure the data is accurate, complete and has integrity before sending it to the Policy and Management Service.
- Annual report submission. Measure Owners validate the Consolidated Annual Accomplishment Report with Office Performance Evaluation of LTS. They send the validated data or score in the prescribed excel sheet, in soft and hard copies, to the Planning and Programming Division not later than the 28th day of the month after year end.
- Score cap per KPI. An office’s score per KPI cannot exceed the assigned KPI Weight. If accomplishment exceeds the target, the score is the maximum assigned weight.
- Exempted KPIs. If an office is exempted from a KPI, the Measure Owner states this in the report. The KPI weight is deducted from the office’s total applicable points.
- Summary report. The PPD, through the PMS, prepares and submits a summary report to MANCOM for use in policy decision-making.
