RMO No. 17-2012: Further amends RMO No. 9-95, as amended, on the submission of BIR Form No. 1209 (Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collections)

1. Submission. The Revenue District Office submits BIR Form No. 1209 in electronic copy to the Collection Division Chief of the Regional Office and the Chief, Statistics Division, not later than the 15th day from the end of each month.
2. Tally and sender. The report must tally with the report forwarded to the Revenue Accounting Division. To ensure veracity and accountability, it must be sent from the official email account of the Revenue District Officer.
