Key points

  1. Reports to be prepared. The offices listed in the Inventory of Reports Required (Annex A) prepare the identified reports in the prescribed format. They collate the reports of their Service, Revenue Region, RDO or Division and submit them to TAS on or before the deadline.
  2. Reports discontinued. RDOs and Large Taxpayers Service offices no longer submit reports such as TAS Report #001, #002, #003, #004, #008 and #009. Also dropped are the Monthly Report on Taxpayers Who Ceased Business Operations, the Consolidated Report on Monthly Posting of Ask for Receipt Notice and the mapping operation reports, among others listed in the Order.
  3. Reports ISOS continues. The Systems Operations Division of ISOS keeps submitting to the Taxpayer Service Programs and Monitoring Division certain reports on non-computerized RDOs. These include Taxpayer Record Update reports, registration information updates, the Multiple and Identical TIN Clean Up status and the list of cancelled or deactivated TINs.
